How long does it take to get my banner?
Banners will generally ship the DAY AFTER PROOF APPROVAL + shipping will take from 2-6 business days, depending on where you are located. Click on FedEx Ground Shipping to verified.

How do I know when my banner has shipped?
When FedEx picks up your banner, they will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery day.

When will I get a proof?
For orders placed before 3 pm Mon-Fri (Mountain Time), your proof will be posted within 4 hours. Orders received after 3 pm will be posted by noon the following business day.

What if I don’t find my proof posted when it is supposed to be?
